Come lunchtime, Spataro’s sizzles theirs up the classic way, on a flat-topped griddle, “wit or wit-out” onions, offering the classic cheese choices - American, provolone, or Whiz - and the option to add peppers or mushrooms. They also offer an amazing selection of hoagies, and classic sandwich favorites like corned beef, capocollo, and Genoa salami.
